Following up a day of skating at Rucker Park, Paul Rodriguez continued the festivities with a special event, marking the release of his fourth signature sneaker design with Nike SB. A who’s who of the skate and design world’s finest were on hand to celebrate. The Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 4 is now available through select Nike SB accounts. Both a low top and high top option were made for the silhouette.

The Air Force 1 High is yet another one of af1′s classic designs. It’s really a simple and clean Air Force 1. Take a look at this Nike Air Force 1 High as it comes in a simple White Black Sport Red colorway. The White/Black/Sport Red AF1 comes a underlay and midsole on these is white with a supple black leather on the Swoosh, eyelets and toebox offering a subtle contrast to the richest tumbled leather you could imagine on the hindfoot area. Add touches of red on the tongue and sockliner and these are among the best AF1 Highs not named ‘Foamposite’ in a year that has been dominated by the Lows. So what do you think of these? Premier retailer Schuh-You takes stock of this new colorway in Nike’s Twilight Runner for Fall 2010. The kicks feature a familiar grey/orion blue colorway with a nice pairing of textiles on the uppers, include ripstop nylon and leather. Definitely an instant classic for the new season. Air Jordan Flink 13 Retro is one of the more popular colorways of the Air Jordan 13. The inner lining of OG Flink Grey 13 also features the french blue color scheme to match with the upper, and the same blue reflective side panel, white leather toe box, and grey suede midsole. Newest Jordan Retro 13 is also highly sought after because besides looking really nice, they do not feature official team colors, making them adored by Jordan fanatics.

Nike Dunk Low Women CL Light Charcoal White Daybreak
We now have a look at this latest Dunk Low daybreak as well. For those ladies who like loud colorways, I don’t think you’ll like this Daybreak Dunk Low because it’s very simple. The entire upper is covered with light charcoal nylon. Light charcoal is also seen on the toe box, heel and inner lining. Clean white is put into use on the Nike swoosh, tongue tag and the entire midsole. A dull shade of purple appears on the shoe laces, heel branding, tongue branding and the entire outsole. Guys always get what they want from Nike, but I’m pretty sure that most of us guys will be really jealous with this Light Charcoal Dunks.

Less than two weeks ago, the Zoom Paul Rodriguez 4 was officially unveiled as the 4th generation signature sneaker from Paul Rodriguez. A full-fledge video campaign comes to us in the form of a video and various interview segments with Paul Rodriguez. Images previously seen as part of initial launch are now pieced together as part of a commercial which includes a voiceover and appearance from New York’s own Nas. After the jump are some short videos featuring Paul Rodriguez on topics such as the shoe itself, P-rod’s thoughts on Nas, New York City skating and a segment involving Theotis Beasley’s thoughts on P-rod.

Following up its hosting duties for Nike’s World Basketball Festival, New York’s legendary Rucker Park will see another star shine as Paul Rodriguez makes his way to NYC. In celebration of his fourth signature design with Nike SB, this upcoming event will feature appearances by Nike’s top skaters, including the likes of Eric Koston, Shane O’Neill, and Theotis Beasley, with DJ Parler on the ones and twos. The event kicks off August 17th (4-6PM).

Kobe Bryant brought his philanthropist spirit to the Big Apple, kicking off the fourth day of Nike’s inaugural World Basketball Festival. This latest installment, of the week-long celebration, showed the efforts of the WBF in all of its glory; giving back to the community and the almighty game of Basketball. Aside from making a well-received appearance at world famous Rucker Park, Kobe spent a good deal of time with the kids, teaching them various skills and life lessons. In addition, Kobe held a special Q&A session at NikeTown NYC. Images of the day can be seen below.

The Nike sponsored World Basketball Festival has descended upon New York. Check out the video where Nike explains the forethought and all elements entailed within the city wide event. From a staged performance by Jay-Z at Radio City Music Hall, to kid-centric work-shops with top USA ballers, the World Basketball Festival is in full swing this weekend in NYC. The event culminates with a pair of games at Madison Square Garden, this Sunday the 15th. The U.S. National Team led by Kevin Durant will take on France, and China is pitted against Puerto Rico in a day time double header.
