CLOT 6th Anniversary & JUICE HK Re-Opening Event

CLOT celebrated its 6th anniversary with a special ground floor opening of its JUICE retail location in Hong Kong. The event not only played host to a who’s who of guests but also provided exclusive items to CLOT fans and a new addition the brand’s retail set up. Images of the event can be seen below. Ground Floor Opening The interior of the shop simulates a warehouse with the use of raw materials such as steel, wood and concrete. Black, white and brown serve as the main color tones and the JUICE neon light decoration at the back of the store creates a nice, eye catching contrast. Honorable guests from Japan CLOT invited Hiroshi Fujiwara and Kazuki Kuraishi from fragment design and NIKE Global Energy Marketing Director, Fraser Cooke, to be their guests of honor at the JUICE HK opening. Hiroshi and Fraser are no strangers to JUICE’s opening as they were also CLOT’s honorable guests at the JUICE SH opening in late 2009. The Kitsune Music Night by Mr K, Mr A, Mr EDC and Mr KP at ROXIE At CLOT’s 6th Anniversary Party at the ROXIE, CLOT invited DJ Kitsune from Paris to deejay for the night. Together with Andre from Paris, these fashion icons from the west definitely rocked the night. This was the first time for these icons appearing in Hong Kong after their announcement of their new shop opening in Paris. See more at CLOT 6th Anniversary & JUICE HK Re-Opening Event © L. Nike WMNS Dunk High Skinny Supreme

Skinny Dunk Highs have had a pretty solid year and it looks like they don’t intend on letting up going into 2010. Ladies can rest easy with designs like these two we spotted at Nike Harajuku’s blog. The Nike Skinny Dunk High Supreme’s have a texured upper that comes in navy or black. Both shoes have pink accents but the black has a tonal swoosh while the navy keeps true to the theme with a pink swoosh while gum soles give this release the added oomph that it needs. These are a Japan only release but maybe select retailers were smart enough to seek a pair or two out. One of A Bathing Ape’s most recent retail ventures launched earlier this year, the Pirate Store concept will extend to Hong Kong in a new opening mid next-month. Arguably showing a changing of the times for one of Japan’s most well-known street level brands, the store affords the opportunity to grab previous season releases as well as factory seconds. The store will open on December 12th in Hong Kong’s outlet-based Citigate Mall .
