The Nike sponsored World Basketball Festival has descended upon New York. Check out the video where Nike explains the forethought and all elements entailed within the city wide event. From a staged performance by Jay-Z at Radio City Music Hall, to kid-centric work-shops with top USA ballers, the World Basketball Festival is in full swing this weekend in NYC. The event culminates with a pair of games at Madison Square Garden, this Sunday the 15th. July 4th, 2010 Ronnies As part of Nike’s World Basketball Festival, Nike, and Cooper-Hewitt have gotten together to present a new series of Make Something Workshops in NYC. The Make Something workshops give teenagers a chance to learn from some of the world’s most successful artists, and designers in a hands-on environment.
